Our restaurant, which has been operating since 2006, has been completely renewed this year, and in addition to the previous steakhouse line, we are waiting for our guests with a bistro line using fine dining technologies.
The restaurant, which is operated by Haraszthy Winery, perfectly reflects the multicultural spirit of the owner. Carlos Coelho, who is of Argentine descent but is also at home in Hungary and California, was pleased to redefine the concept of our restaurant with his international kitchen team, according to which we have set as our primary goal to offer our guests the perfect, even all-day experience at Haraszthy Winery!
The Matador restaurant has unique architectural solutions, seasonal ingredients and high-quality cuisine technology, and we prepare our dishes that are a lasting experience under the leadership of American-Mexican chef Diego Bautista. Our restaurant aims to represent the diversity of cultures as a steakhouse and bistro. We use meat ingredients from all over the world to make sausages and cold cuts. The baked goods come fresh from Hungarian suppliers, and some of the vegetables are grown on our estate.
In addition to wine lovers who really understand wine and those who are more seriously interested in gastronomy, we also count on those who are open to new gastronomic and culinary experiences, would like to adventure in the offer of new wave international cuisine in the framework of an a'la carte or a unique wine dinner.
The restaurant's wine selection is complemented – in addition to the etyek items – with the red wines of our sister wineries in Argentina and California, which are excellently paired with our grill dishes.
