The ibis Styles Budapest Airport Hotel was built on the site of the former external parking lot in front of Terminal 2, under the construction of Market Építő Zrt. The interiors and 145 rooms of the five-storey, 5,200-square-meter hotel were designed to evoke the atmosphere of the airport and follow the interior design trends of the time.
In addition, everyone else is also a welcome guest who feels like waiting for lunch in a calm environment, dinner or drinking a glass of wine before traveling. For this, the hotel's catering department provides the services of a restaurant with a capacity of 135 people, offering international cuisine and a related wine bar. In terms of the latter's offer, special emphasis was placed on allowing visitors to taste Hungarian wines and Hungarian flavors.
The hotel is located within walking distance of Terminal 2, about 200 m away, and is connected to it by a covered sidewalk. Of its total of 145 double guest rooms in the hotel, 127 are standard rooms (16-19 m2), 10 junior suites (23-24 m2) and 8 suites (33-34 m2).
